The Cougars are 1-1 in their last two contests, and will be facing a very tough Lancer's squad that is receiving votes in the NAIA National Rankings. The Lancers are off to the best start in program history. The Cougars took down RSC foe Brescia last week followed by a 91-67 defeat at Olivet Nazarene University.
This game will take place over winter break with students finishing up the Fall semester with exams last week. Junior
Anya Friend is IUK's highest scoring player with 12.4 points per game, and
Anna Kiser leads the team in rebounds at 6.3 per contest.
Grace College started the season 9-1. Last week they dropped both games, 60-56 to Iowa Wesleyan and 89-81 to St. Xavier which bring their season record to 9 wins and just 3 losses. Karlee Feldman's 17.1 points per game leads the team in scoring with Maddie Ryman and Kiersten Findley both in double digits.
Tuesday's match-up will be the 3
rd meeting between the teams with the Lancers taking the previous two, with 69 points as the winning score.
