INSIDE THE HUDDLE
- "We wanted to run here because this is our conference course. The course appears to run 200 meters long. We wanted to use this meet as a glorified workout so we held them back and the tempo'd for 3k then let them loose. The hot weather was a factor as well but this was a good day for us overall." - Head Coach Josh Colvin
THE ROAD AHEAD
- The Cougars return to action on Saturday, October 4th, competing at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Kentucky.
