INSIDE THE HUDDLE
- "Since this will be our conference course we were able to get the lay of the land to prepare us for the 1st week of November. This was a glorified workout for our men so we held them back for the first 5k then let them loose. The hot weather was a factor so our times were not the best but we competed well and took the team title." - Head Coach Josh Colvin
THE ROAD AHEAD
- Next Meet: The Cougars return to action on Saturday, October 4th, competing at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Kentucky.
