MARION, Ind. - Upperclassman
Bryce Stateler set a new school record in the 10k as the IU Kokomo Men's Outdoor Track & Field team finished 11th at the 120th Annual Indiana Little State Championships.
IU Kokomo finished 11th with 29 points, one point shy of IU East in 10th. Indiana Tech took home the team title, finishing 35 points clear of second place Indiana Wesleyan.

Bryce Stateler set a new program record in the 10k, finishing fourth of 27 competitors in a time of 32:36.94.
Freshman
Ayden Potts enjoyed a successful weekend, as he set a new freshman record and climbed to third all-time in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:12.67. Potts, along with
Isaiah Kanable,
Rico Ortiz, and
Steven Case, also finished the 4x800 in a time of 8:14.34.
Sophomore
Trevon Hess moved to third all-time in the program record books in Triple Jump with a jump of 12.59 meters.
Freshman thrower
Isaac Ireland improved to third all-time in school history and Hammer Throw while setting a new freshman record, finishing eighth of 48 with a throw of 47.62 meters.
