MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - IU Kokomo women's cross country runner Hannah Wells has been named River States Conference women's cross country Runner of the Week after finishing first as an individual at Saturday's RSC Championship meet.

Wells, a junior transfer from UIndy, left it all on the course Saturday in Kentucky, winning the conference meet as an individual with a time of 23:36.73. The win was the first by any IUK XC athlete or team at the conference meet.

Hannah will race in the NAIA Cross Country National Championship meet in Vancouver, Washington, held on November 17th.
