LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The IU Kokomo men's cross country team finished in 14th place of 45 teams in Saturday's Live in Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Kentucky. The Cougars ran in the Men's 8k Silver Race, and were led by sophomore Drew Caldwell.

Drew Caldwell crossed the finish line in 45th, with a time of 26:27.90. Caldwell has led the Cougs in all four invitationals this fall.

Luis Saldana was the second Cougar runner to finish, crossing the line in 66th with a time of 26:46.20.

Bryce Jennings was the third Cougar to finish inside the top 100, finishing in 99th. Jennings had a time of 27:13.60.

Cyrus Felger and Nathan Lozoya rounded out the IUK top-five Saturday afternoon. Felger finished 122nd with a time of 27:25.70 while Lozoya finished 163rd with a time of 27:48.50.

The Cougars will next be in action this Friday, October 7, as they will run in Brescia University's Invitational.
