TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Indiana University Kokomo women's golf team competed in their second tournament of the fall Sunday and Monday in Terre Haute, finishing third in a field of six teams.

THE RUNDOWN
- After posting a 346 (+58) in Sunday's opening round, IU Kokomo improved by six strokes on Monday with a 340 (+52) to finish third overall at 686 (+110). River States Conference rival IU East claimed the team title with rounds of 314 and 325 for a winning total of 639 (+63). SMWC secured second place, while Rio Grande finished fourth.
- Freshman Chloe McFaddin led IU Kokomo with a sixth-place finish, firing rounds of 84-78 for a two-round total of 162 (+18).
- Four of the six remaining Cougars finished closely together, with Stefanie Dickerson and Chloe Crook placing 15th and 16th, followed by Noelle Hutchings and Annastasia Hutchings, who tied for 17th.
- Carly Chandler and Layla Stearns rounded out the seven IU Kokomo competitors, finishing 24th and 25th, respectively.

- Next Tournament: The Cougars will return to action October 6th and 7th in West Virginia for the River States Conference Fall Preview, held at Glade Springs Golf Resort.
