RIO GRANDE, Ohio - The IU Kokomo's Men's Basketball team dropped it's third straight contest Saturday afternoon, as Rio Grande knocked down 18 three pointers, and was perfect from the line in a red hot shooting night for the Red Strom.

THE RUNDOWN
- Rio Grande was in control of this contest from the tip, grabbing a ten point lead by the first media timeout.
- From there, the Red Storm never looked back. They were led in scoring by senior guard Delon McCloud, who had an absurd 32 points and nine three pointers in just the first half.
- IU Kokomo chipped away at the beginning of the second half, cutting the lead to as few as 12, but Rio Grande's shooting stayed hot as they pulled away, claiming their 23 point victory.
LEADING THE CHARGE
- The Cougars were once again led in scoring by freshman guard Alonzo Clawson-Smith, who had 23 points on 10-14 shooting. He also added seven boards and four assists on the night.
- Patric Matson also was in double figures scoring, as he tallied 16 points of his own.
- Joseph Annan Jr. was the final Cougar with double digit points, as he put up 11.
