The Cougars return to action after dropping their only game last week at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. IUK fell 65-57 in what was a tighly-contested game, but the Pomeroys gained separation thanks to a strong third quarter.

Olivia Dowden has now scored in double-figures in consecutive games, following up her 16 point, 12 rebound double-double against Ohio Christian with a 14 point performance on the road Saturday at SMWC. Alaya Chapman has played well of late and had her second-straight double-figure scoring game Saturday with ten points.

Alice Lloyd comes into the week with an overall record of 12-4 and an RSC mark of 5-3. The Eagles are second in the RSC East division but are coming off a road loss at Indiana East, the number three team in the RSC West. Alice Lloyd is 15th in the nation in opponent's field goal percentage and 20th in rebounds per game.

IU Kokomo is 5-8 all-time against Alice Lloyd.

The Golden Bears of West Virginia Tech enter the week with a record of 11-8 and a 4-4 conference mark, good for third in the RSC East. West Virginia Tech has lost their last two matchups, falling at home to Oakland City by 22 and losing to IU East by eight at home this past Saturday. The Golden Bears are 7th in the nation in three-pointers made per game and 13th in free-throws made per game.

The Cougars are 2-4 all-time against the Golden Bears.
