KOKOMO, Ind. – The IU Kokomo volleyball team is set for a busy week of matches, including a home match Tuesday against St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. The Cougars will take on IU Southeast and Brescia on the road Friday and Saturday.

IU Kokomo enters the week coming off of a 1-1 weekend in Pittsburgh, sweeping Carlow 3-0 and falling to Point Park in five sets. The Cougars still sit atop the River States Conference West division with a record of 6-1.

SMWC comes into Tuesday's matchup with an overall record of 18-3, and all three losses have come to RSC foes. The Pomeroys have lost to Midway, IU East, and Point Park. The Cougars are 2-1 against those teams this season. IU Kokomo is 3-0 all time against SMWC, and are yet to drop a set to the Pomeroys.

IU Southeast comes into the week with a .500 record of 9-9, and a 5-4 RSC mark. The Grenadiers and Cougars met once this season in Kokomo, with the Cougars sweeping IU Southeast. The Cougars are 17-3 against IU Southeast all-time, and have won the last seven meetings between the two programs.

Brescia enters the week of play with a record of 2-11 and a 1-7 RSC record. The Bearcats and Cougars squared off October 1st inside the Student Activities and Events Center, with the Cougars handling Brescia in three sets. IU Kokomo is 17-1 all-time against Brescia and are winners of the last five matches between the two schools.
