INSIDE THE HUDDLE
  • "Sydney Duncan continues her tear through the shot put and weight throw competitions, grabbing 1st and 2nd places respectively.  Leslie Sprankles is having a monster senior season as she continues to improve in every race she runs in.  Faith Rock ties her pr in the weight throw as she competed for the first time this season in the event.  Mia Bustos is having a phenomenal freshman year in the shot put and weight throw breaking the freshman record in the weight throw.  We had several Top 10 performances, personal records, and season bests this past weekend.  We have two more opportunities before conference to set ourselves up for conference and national success.  We try to put our athletes in positions to compete at high levels, which is why we went to two different meets.  Each meet has its strengths in certain events and we wanted our athletes to have those opportunities." - Head Coach Josh Colvin

THE ROAD AHEAD
  • The Cougars return to action next Saturday at Indiana Wesleyan for the IWU Midwest Classic before closing out the regular season the following weekend with a pair of meets at Grand Valley State University.
