KOKOMO, Ind. – The Indiana University Kokomo women's tennis team, led by Head Coach
Kristine Miller, is excited to welcome the program's 2023 recruiting class to campus. This year's class features three student athletes, with all three being incoming freshmen.
The Cougar women's tennis team is coming off of a 2022-2023 season in which they finished the season with a record of 7-16. IU Kokomo beat IU Southeast 4-0 in the River States Conference Championship Quarterfinals, but fell to Oakland City in the Semifinals.

Kristine Miller had to say when asked about this year's recruiting class: "The incoming freshmen class is going to bring skill, toughness, and lots of potential for growth. They have bought into the team first mentality and are going to be amazing additions to the Cougar tennis family!"
Incoming Freshmen:
Ava Allen | Brownsburg, IN | Brownsburg High School
Ava is set to join the IU Kokomo tennis family this Fall after a stellar four-year career at Brownsburg High School. Allen was named All-State First Team Doubles in 2023 and All-State Honorable Mention Singles in 2022.
Molly Farkas | Greentown, IN | Eastern High School
Molly will stay close to home to continue her academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level. Farkas enjoyed a strong prep career at nearby Eastern High School, playing for a well-respected coach in Pat Rice.
Kennedy Perrin | Elwood, IN | Elwood High School
Kennedy will make the short trek to Kokomo this Fall to join the Cougar tennis team on the courts. Perrin was an impressive player for Elwood throughout her high school career, playing #1 singles in her senior season.
