Box Score PORTSMOUTH, Ohio. - The IU Kokomo volleyball team fell to future River States Conference foe Shawnee State in four sets Saturday afternoon. The Cougs are now 13-4 on the season.

IU Kokomo dropped each of the first two sets by a score of 25-21 but weren't done yet.

The Cougars refused to go down quietly, dominating the third-set 25-14 to force a fourth set.

Shawnee State played well in the fourth, handling the Cougars 25-15 to win the match 3-1.

The Cougars will be back-in-action Tuesday evening for the first of three matches at home next week. IU Southeast and IU Kokomo will square off Tuesday night at 7:00 P.M. inside the Student Activities and Events Center.
