KOKOMO, Ind. - The IU Kokomo volleyball team is set to play three road matches this week, including two key matches at SMWC Tuesday and at IU East Friday. The Cougars are 23-5 overall this season and 12-1 in River States Conference play.

IU Kokomo enters a busy week of road matches as winners of their last six and ten of their last 11. The Cougars have won 18 consecutive sets, and are 7-4 on the road this year.

SMWC comes into Tuesday's match with an overall record of 22-4 and an 8-4 mark in RSC play. One of the Pomeroys four losses on the year came at IU Kokomo on October 11th. SMWC is 10-1 on their home court this season and have won four-straight matches. The Pomeroys are 0-4 all-time against IUK.

IU East will host IU Kokomo Friday evening in a matchup that looms large in terms of RSC West division standings. The Red Wolves are second in the West behind the Cougars.

The Red Wolves enter the week with a record of 21-4 and an 11-2 mark in RSC action. IU Kokomo knocked off IU East at home in four-sets in their first conference match of the season. The Cougars are 12-4 all-time against IU East and have won six-straight matches.

Ohio Christian comes into the week with a record of 7-19, and the Trailblazers are 5-8 in conference play. OCU is 4-4 on their home court this year, but are winless all-time against IU Kokomo.
