GREENTOWN, Ind. - The IU Kokomo women's tennis team dropped a match to Huntington University 5-2 Friday afternoon at the Howard County Indoor Tennis Center. The Cougars close out the fall season with a record of 2-4.

IU Kokomo started the match strong, winning the doubles point by taking two of the three doubles matches.
Reese Johnson and
Gabbie Orlando won 6-4 at #1 doubles and
Larissa O'Rourke and Maria Oliviera won 6-2 at #3Â doubles.
The Cougars lone other point in the 5-2 loss came from #1 singles player
Gabbie Orlando. Orlando won 6-1, 6-4 to notch the Cougs second point.
Both
Reiley Hiser and
Reese Johnson dropped tightly-contested singles matches, as both went to three-sets. Hiser lost the third-set tiebreaker 10-3 at #2 singles and Johnson lost the third-set tiebreaker 10-8 at #4 singles.
The Cougars match against Huntington University was the last of the fall season.
