Hilton Head, SC – The Indiana University Kokomo tennis team took down Carroll University (Wisc.) Monday morning in Hilton Head by a score of 6-3. With the win, the Cougars are now .500 on the season with a 7-7 record.
 
The No. 1 doubles pair of O'Rourke/Hiser fell 8-3, but the Cougars prevailed at No. 2 & 3 doubles to take the doubles point from the Pioneers. The No. 2 pair of Orlando/Johnson won 8-4 and the No. 3 pair of Saylor/Fiscus won 8-2 to clinch the point for the Cougs.
 
The Cougs won four of the six singles matches to start the spring break trip 1-0 with a 6-3 victory.

IU Kokomo will have tomorrow off before returning to action Wednesday morning to take on Shepherd University at 9:00 a.m. followed by USC Sumter at 1:30 p.m.
